ਖੂਹ ਵਿਚ ਡੁੱਬੀ ਹੋਈ ਬਾਲਟੀ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਵੀ ਪਾਣੀ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਬਾਹਰ ਵੀ ਪਾਣੀ। ਅੰਦਰ- ਬਾਹਰ ਪਾਣੀ ਦੇ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਕੁਛ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦਾ। ਨਿਰੰਕਾਰ ਇਸ ਪਾਣੀ ਦੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਮਹਾਂਪੁਰਸ਼ ਉਸ ਬਾਲਟੀ ਦੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ। ਤੇ ਜਿਹੜੀ ਰੱਸੀ ਇਸ ਬਾਲਟੀ ਨੂੰ ਬਾਹਰ ਖਿੱਚਦੀ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਕੁਝ ਹੋਰ ਨਹੀਂ, ਉਹ ਬੱਝੀਆਂ ਰੂਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਬੇਨਤੀਆਂ ਤੇ ਅਰਜੋਈਆਂ ਹਨ ਜੋ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਾਰਗ ਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਤੇ ਬੰਦ-ਖ਼ਲਾਸੀ ਲਈ ਪੁਕਾਰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਅਭਿਲਾਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਤੇ ਭਗਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਇਹ ਤਾਂਘ ਭਰੀ ਖਿੱਚ ਹੀ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਉਸ ਇਲਾਹੀ ਜੋਤ ਨੂੰ ਅਰਸ਼ੀ ਮੰਡਲਾਂ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਖਿੱਚ ਕੇ ਮਾਤ ਲੋਕ ਵਿਚ ਲੈ ਆਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਬਾਬਾ ਨੰਦ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਮਹਾਰਾਜ As a bucket lies submerged in deep well full of water within and without. There is nothing but water inside and outside. Water represents Nirankar. The string that pulls this bucket out Is nothing else but the yearning prayer of bound souls thirsting for their own guidance and redemption.
